Grand Prix International Public Company Limited, the organizer of the 47th Bangkok International Motor Show, has established the terms and conditions for the campaign “Motor Show… Pay and Pay Again” for customers who reserve a car or motorcycle within the event as follows:

1. This campaign applies to customers who reserve a car or motorcycle within the event under the promotion:
   Step 1 – “Reserve a vehicle at the event and stand a chance to win exciting gift vouchers!”
2. Participants eligible for the lucky draw of a car or motorcycle must have made a valid reservation with proof of booking between 23 March – 5 April 2026 only.
3. Participants wishing to receive a chance to win a gift voucher must scan the QR code at the activity information point and provide consent to submit required personal information for participation in the campaign. Required information includes:
   
   • Full Name
   • Telephone Number
   • Booking confirmation image
   • Each booking entitles the participant to one entry only.
4. Participants must submit their information within the specified period:
   From 23 March 2026 at 10:00 AM until 5 April 2026 at 8:30 PM.
5. If it is found that any reservation is invalid, cancelled, or does not result in a completed financial transaction for the vehicle purchase, the participant’s eligibility for the lucky draw will be considered void, and the prize will be reassigned to a reserve winner.
6. The lucky draw will be conducted on 5 April 2026 at 9:00 PM, in the presence of witnesses and an official committee.
7. The organizer will promote the campaign via online channels and within the event. The campaign is exclusively for customers who reserve vehicles at the 47th Bangkok International Motor Show.
8. Winners will be contacted by phone and announced on the website www.motorshow.in.th on 7 April 2026 at 12:00 PM, and published in the Grand Prix group magazine in May 2026.
9. If, upon verification, any participant is found to have submitted information that does not comply with the stated terms, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the prize entitlement and transfer it to a reserve winner without prior notice. The organizer’s decision shall be final.
10. Winners must present a valid national ID card to claim their prize within 45 days from the date they are notified.
11. If a winner fails to claim the prize within 45 days, the prize will be donated to a charitable organization and publicly announced in the organizer’s publication.
12. Winners are responsible for any applicable withholding tax and all costs related to the transfer of ownership of the prize.
13. Employees of Grand Prix International Public Company Limited and Impact Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. are not eligible to participate.
14. All decisions made by the organizer are final and binding.
