The next-generation of full hybrid system operates through a high-output electric motor and a high-performance battery specially designed for hybrid vehicles. It is paired with a 1.6L DOHC 16-valve MIVEC gasoline engine and a newly developed 2-speed transaxle. The system automatically adjusts its operation based on driving conditions and road surfaces which is delivering strong acceleration and smooth performance while achieving a maximum fuel efficiency of 24.4 km/l.
